About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex health needs, including those with tracheostomies, gastrostomies, and other health-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to children in their family homes, following their personalized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with our nursing team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
  • Complete shift checklists to ensure the correct equipment is available for safe care provision.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a child's condition, seeking guidance from our nursing team as needed.
