We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing plant.

• Ensure the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Perform electrical and mechanical installations, rewiring, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of plant operations and maintenance procedures.

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 2365).
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
