Chef Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Robert Bosch Worcester. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the organization and management of the kitchen, as well as deputizing in their absence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist the Head Chef in the planning and preparation of menus, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Contribute to the achievement of budgetary targets, ensuring that all costs are managed effectively.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

**What We Offer**

* Competitive hourly rate of £13.00
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
