Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Continence Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to join our team, covering the successful Continence Care product portfolio across Lancashire, Cumbria, and the Isle of Man.

About the Role:

  • Responsibility for our Continence Care product portfolio
  • Work across community and secondary care markets with exposure to influential NHS stakeholders
  • Strong planning and business management skills required
  • Ability to manage a 'business within a business' and adapt to changing customer needs
  • Comfortable selling remotely through virtual and field-based interactions

About You:

  • Pro-active, can-do attitude and passion for the marketplace
  • Ability to work in partnership with customers at all levels and be solution-oriented
  • Commercially minded individuals from the healthcare/device industry or NHS encouraged to apply
  • Graduates or people looking for the next move after 2-3 years sales experience welcome
