Junior Legal PA Opportunity in Leeds

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Legal PA to join our client's Litigation team in Leeds. As a Junior Legal PA, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks, including scanning, typing, and file management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scanning and digitizing documents
  • Typing correspondence and formatting documents
  • Managing files and maintaining accurate records
  • Performing conflict checks and opening new clients and matters
  • Supporting with events and diary management
  • Answering phone calls and responding to queries
  • Audio typing and financial hygiene
  • Raising invoices and writing off time
  • Closing files and assisting with other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a law firm as a Legal Admin/Secretary or PA
  • Ability to maintain high standards and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Active listener and effective communicator
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Professional and discreet
