About the Role

At Home Instead, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to remain happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and bathing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with everyday tasks, including cooking, light housework, and accompanying clients on outings.
  • Help clients access their community by accompanying them on drives, walks, shopping trips, or appointments.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: Earn £11.50 from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), £12.80 for evenings & weekends, £25.60 on Bank Holidays.
  • Consistent Client Interaction: With a minimum of 1-hour calls and client matching, we ensure continuity in care.

Requirements
  • A UK driving license and a car are a necessity.
