Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team at CV Screen Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including management accounts, sales reporting, and forecasting.
  • Assist with annual audits, budgets, and forecasts, providing financial information and analysis as required.
  • Maintain internal financial controls and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Sage 50 and bespoke systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Competency with a range of Microsoft packages, including advanced Excel skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonus scheme and pension scheme.
