Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and growth objectives.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Regional On Trade groups, wholesalers, and retailers to launch and list new products.
- Identify Marketing Opportunities: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales campaigns.
- Secure New Business: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, maintain existing relationships, and manage the ordering process to drive sales growth.
- Forecast and Analyze Performance: Provide regular sales forecasts, budgeting, and competitor analysis to senior leaders, and monitor and maximize sales performance.
- Experience in On Trade Sales: Proven track record of operating within Regional On Trade groups across a Spirit or Drinks category.
- Strong Network and Connections: Established network of contacts within the drinks industry, including Regional groups and Multiples, as well as IFT.
- Product Launch and Negotiation Experience: Experience bringing new products to market, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge and Passion: Strong knowledge of the drinks industry, including trends, news, and competitor activity, and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
- Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
