Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Servicing and Fault Finding

Our ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and fault finding fire alarm systems, with a strong understanding of advanced fire alarm technologies.

System Maintenance

They will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fire alarm systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

On-Call Rota

The successful candidate will be part of an on-call rota, providing 24/7 support for our clients.

Travel and Site Coverage

They will be required to travel to various sites, covering Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, and Crewe, to service and maintain fire alarm systems.

Performance-Based Bonus

The Fire Alarm Engineer will be eligible for an annual bonus, based on their performance and the success of the team.

Requirements

  1. Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in fire alarm engineering, with a strong background in servicing and fault finding.

Qualifications

They will hold relevant qualifications, such as a degree in fire alarm engineering or a related field.

Skills

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  1. Competitive Salary

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £32,000 to £35,000 per annum.

Travel Expenses

Travel expenses will be reimbursed after 30 minutes of travel time.

Holiday Entitlement

The Fire Alarm Engineer will be entitled to 21 days of annual leave, rising to 25 days, plus bank holidays.

Call-Out Allowance

They will receive a call-out allowance for 3-4 shifts per month.
