Position: Financial Reporting Assistant
Location: North Manchester | Hybrid Working
Contract: 12 Month Maternity Cover (Potential for Extension)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Axon Moore is collaborating with a dynamic and expanding organization based in Rochdale, seeking to recruit a skilled Financial Reporting Assistant to join their compact finance team for a 12-month maternity cover, with the possibility of a permanent position.

The role will include a comprehensive handover period, and prior experience in the preparation of financial reports is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently prepare monthly financial reports, including:
    • Balance Sheet Reconciliation for essential accounts
    • Manage high-level contractual and billing inquiries with primary suppliers
    • Conduct statistical analysis and preparation for both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • AAT Part Qualified / Qualified
  • Demonstrated experience in producing financial reports to a high standard
  • Proven ability to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision
