We are seeking a skilled Site Technician to join our team. This is a site-based role that requires working across the UK, with regular attendance at our Stafford office on Mondays and Fridays.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and decommissioning of telecom sites, performing a range of tasks including tower and ground-based activities, and climbing on a regular basis.
  • Ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction at all times, implement and follow company standards related to Health & Safety, the Environment, and Quality, while maintaining clear and concise records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to industry and technical standards as directed, and work closely with colleagues, contributing positively within the various teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality with a passion for working outdoors.
  • Manual work or trade background is advantageous, but not required.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively, display a positive work ethic, and be open and approachable, flexible, and responsive.
