Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our innovative team at Penguin Recruitment. As a leading architectural studio specialising in data centre design, we are looking for a talented individual with a passion for cutting-edge architecture and a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in data centres or similar high-tech facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage data centre projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence and technical precision.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to maintain the integrity of the design intent and address construction challenges.
Requirements:
  • ARB registered with substantial UK based experience.
  • Relevant project experience- those with purely a Residential background will not be considered.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive and precise project documentation.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
