Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum + Unlimited Overtime (OTE £46,000 per annum)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in various commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
  • Maintain accurate records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.
  • Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 17th, or 18th edition qualification.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Prior experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
