About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Bodyshop Administrator at our Bodyshop in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced body repair environment, supporting dealers and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with general Bodyshop administration to ensure high audit standards.
- Liaise with customers to arrange the booking in and scheduling of repairs, providing a prompt and courteous response to all external and internal customer enquiries.
- Complete paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
- Arrange the disposal of damaged parts to set timescales and maintain disposal logs.
- Prepare job cards and parts orders, as well as other administrative duties.
- Assist in the parts department, including parts ordering, parts booking, and safe storage of parts awaiting fitting.
- Previous experience as a Trainee Bodyshop Administrator or Experienced Bodyshop Administrator.
- General understanding of accounts or strong numeracy and administration skills.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel, and education to A Level or equivalent standard.
- Excellent telephone manner and a valid UK driving license.
