Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Defence sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your career while working in a complex and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage first and second-line support for PCs, laptops, peripherals, and printers.
  • Build, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems.
  • Address incident requests, internal work orders, and various queries.
  • Install encryption software and manage user access within Active Directory.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain network printers, and assist with remote access connections.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT support role.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft applications, Office, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Thin Client environments, Citrix, VMWare, LAN/WAN technologies, and systems management.
  • Ability to effectively resolve application and hardware issues in a client-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices is advantageous.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with SysTrack and knowledge of Sysinternals Tools, including Procmon.
