Contracts Manager (Groundworks)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Company Car + Remote + Flexible hours + Training + Nationwide Travel + Company Benefits

Location: Birmingham

Are you a seasoned Contracts Manager from a Groundworks background looking for a dynamic role within a well-established, independent company that offers remote working and the autonomy to manage your own projects nationwide? As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring contract compliance and adherence to company policies
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in a Groundworks background
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
