About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team at Gist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our logistics services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief and debrief drivers, ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain legal o-license compliance, operational excellence, and cost and service standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, resolving live issues and escalating to the Team Manager as necessary.
  • Manage daily administration tasks, including payroll systems, payroll queries, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration in a busy transport environment.
  • PC literacy, with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
