Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for leading a team of dental nurses and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of dental nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits
  • Oversee reception and staff rotas
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists and undertake some reception duties
