About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing, discussing, and creating detailed reports on how individuals' conditions impact their daily living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments to gather information about individuals' conditions.
  • Use your clinical knowledge and expertise to create detailed reports on how individuals' conditions impact their daily living.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted NMC registration.
  • Minimum of 1 year post-registration UK experience in a clinical role.
  • Strong report writing, communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills.
