Key Responsibilities:

  • Component Evaluation: Assess machined components against client specifications before shipment and during the initial production phase.
  • CMM Operation: Employ Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) utilizing Virtual Dim's software, working with three-dimensional models.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee compliance with inspection protocols.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed inspection reports for First Article Inspection (FAI) completion and consistently seek enhancements in inspection processes.
  • Experience Requirements: Previous experience in a comparable position and proficiency in using CMMs is essential.
