We are seeking an experienced Estate Agency Branch Administrator to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our estate agency team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the estate agency team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including property listings and brochures
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Work closely with the estate agency team to achieve sales and lettings targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estate agency software
