We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Specialist to join our team at Keoghs. As a key member of our counter-fraud division, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of insurance clients.
- Work closely with claims handlers and lead lawyers to achieve the best possible results in a commercially sound manner.
- Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of evidence throughout the life of the case.
- Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases when appropriate.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in civil litigation claims handling or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of insurance litigation practice and processes, including indemnity principles and the litigation process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
