Job Title: Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our team at MW Appointments. As a key member of our Marine and Energy Division, you will provide technical support functions and work closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce and process pre-inception and post-placement documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Review documents at key stages to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Quoting, Placement, and Post Contract Alterations.
  • Analyze and provide advice on risk and insurance issues.
  • Structure appropriate coverage for the insured's operations, exposure, and risk.
  • Produce market presentations to secure best possible terms for the client.
  • Negotiate and obtain the most appropriate carrier, coverage, and price for the client's requirements.
  • Resolve subjectivities and warranties in accordance with client/wholesale broker/insurer instructions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar broker support or Account Handler role within the Lloyd's market.
  • Marine and Energy experience and knowledge.
