Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Fit Out

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Fit Out to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing fit out and refurbishment projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and control costs throughout projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Compile and submit monthly Applications/Valuations to clients, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Produce monthly financial reports for active projects, providing stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
  • Must have Quantity Surveying/Estimator experience within the construction industry, ideally in the fit out market sector.
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of industry processes.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
