Join Our Team as a Principal Surveyor in Asset Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Surveyor to join our Corporate Asset Management team at Oyster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational property portfolio.
  • Evaluate underutilized assets and identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Manage and dispose of surplus assets in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement occupier strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct valuations for internal purposes and provide recommendations for asset optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset management and surveying, with a strong understanding of property markets and trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
