Operations Service Manager Job Summary

The Operations Service Manager will lead the Treatment Centre Operations team to achieve outstanding results aligned with MSI Reproductive Choices' organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and management to the Treatment Centre Operations team, ensuring operational priorities are aligned with the overall organisational goals.
  • Foster a culture of safety, exceptional client experience, and sustainability within the treatment centre, managing and optimising resources such as personnel, consumables, equipment, and property to ensure efficient operations.
  • Contribute to achieving organisational objectives and ensure the consistent delivery of a safe and sustainable service, collaborating effectively with others and inspiring a motivated and productive team.
  • Make sound business decisions, providing a client-focused service that exceeds expectations and communicating key concepts, priorities, and challenges effectively throughout the organisation.
