Job Title: Building Services Engineers

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Building Services Design Engineer to join our Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work and ensuring professionalism throughout project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake site visits to capture information for MEP design and monitor installation and commissioning.
  • Investigate and provide technical advice on factors affecting building services, including user needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with construction professionals, including Architects, Surveyors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate detailed design information and prepare designs and specifications for construction work.
  • Research new design processes, building legislation, and technology.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy analysis, thermal modelling, and research.
Requirements:
  • BSc / BEng (Hons) or MSc / MEng in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Service Engineering, or Public Health.
  • Interest in sustainability and net zero carbon, with understanding in sustainable design or building physics and associated software.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
  • Interest in commercial sustainability qualifications, such as Low Carbon Consultant, BREEAM, WELL.
