Job Title: Solicitor Apprenticeship Coach

Educated Appointments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor Apprenticeship Coach to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship programme to a caseload of apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with employers and apprentices to understand their skills development needs and create personalized training plans.
  • Utilize the company's standard delivery model to agree on training goals and objectives with each apprentice and employer.
  • Manage and coach apprentices to ensure they develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviors to succeed in their roles and complete their apprenticeships as planned.
Location and Reporting:

This is a remote position, with occasional travel to the Manchester office. You will report directly to the Divisional Manager.
