Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Contribute to the success of our restaurant by promoting our menu, drinks, and services to guests, and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to deliver the highest standards of service.
