Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our residential lettings team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
