Job Title: Data Analysis Officer

RITZ RECRUITMENT is seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis Officer to join our team. As a Data Analysis Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of a re-designed assessment strategy for the registration of pharmacists in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and training to question writers, standard setters, and adjustment advisors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to develop high-quality assessment materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK pharmacy practice and assessment practice to inform the development of the assessment strategy.
  • Plan and organize meetings of the Board of Assessors, Reasonable Adjustments Panels, and allegations of misconduct Principal Hearing Panels to ensure effective decision-making and communication.
  • Produce high-quality agendas, minutes, and reports to support the work of the panels and committees.
  • Lead the development of policies, procedures, and guidance relating to the registration assessment to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Project manage activities carried out by external contractors involved in the marking and analysis of the registration assessment papers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support the Professional Assessment Manager in forward planning to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high quality.
  • Facilitate standard setting panels and questions writing workshops to ensure the development of high-quality assessment materials.
  • Manage complex projects, processes, and data to ensure effective decision-making and communication.
  • Utilize strong IT skills to manipulate data accurately and effectively to inform the development of the assessment strategy.
