Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding a wide range of queries, including refunds, replacements, and account amendments.
  • Use multiple in-house systems to manage and record calls, update customer records, and process customer requests.
  • Triage calls to internal departments that align with the customer's needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and aim for first-time resolution.
  • Work in line with client SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call-based environment handling inbound customer calls.
  • A genuine passion and interest in customer service with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to use up to 7 systems and be comfortable and confident in picking up and using various systems.
  • Confidence in making decisions and using your own initiative.
  • Willingness to learn and take on a new challenge.
  • Resilient and calm approach.
  • Ability to pass a DBS check.
  • Own Windows 11 laptop or desktop (Chromebooks and Apple devices are not compatible) and headset.
Working Hours:
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Monday to Sunday, working 5 days out of 7.
  • Shifts between 8am and 8pm on a rota basis.
  • Fully flexible to work the above hours/days - this will be on a rota basis, with no ability to select working hours/days.
