About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Resourcing Manager to join our team at Poundstretcher. As a key member of our People function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our resourcing plans, ensuring we have a robust pipeline of talent to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement resourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions on talent acquisition and development
Requirements
- Proven experience in resourcing or recruitment, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
