About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Weatherbys Banking Group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing our strategic, operational, and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business cases and strategy documents to facilitate data-driven decision making on proposed initiatives and business opportunities.
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives sponsored by senior management, building requirements, and working with the project team to drive results.
  • Collaborate with the Private Clients teams on process improvements, understanding what will make people's working lives more effective and driving changes through.
  • Represent the Private Client team as product owner for platforms such as Salesforce, understanding enhancements needed to ensure optimal performance for the Private Bankers and working with the development teams to realize those enhancements.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in a discipline which requires significant data analysis, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a financial services role which has developed your analytical skills, financial acumen, strategic planning, and project management.
  • Previous exposure to senior decision makers with the ability to interact credibly with stakeholders at the highest level of the organization.
  • Technical proficiency in a range of IT platforms, programming languages, and AI technologies.
