Guest Communication Supervisor

The Peninsula London is seeking a highly skilled Guest Communication Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Communications Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Guest Communications Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless guest communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, focusing on anticipating and meeting their needs.
- Collaborate with the Guest Communications Manager and Senior Guest Communication Supervisors to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with guests, including Rooms & F&B reservations, Room Service Orders, and Spa.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role within Front Office or Reservations in a Luxury Hotel environment.
- Thorough knowledge of customer service needs and techniques, office management, and yielding strategies.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English communication proficiency, with expertise in a second language desirable.
