The Resourcing Team is seeking a Client Relations Executive to enhance our operations. This role presents a unique chance to collaborate with a company recognized for its excellence in commercial security solutions, gaining traction both nationally and internationally.

In this position, you will be tasked with cultivating and overseeing productive business relationships within the security sector. This includes recognizing and pursuing fresh business prospects, managing current accounts, and formulating strategies to amplify revenue channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients in the security sector.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan aimed at increasing company revenue.
  • Identify and explore new business avenues, including untapped markets and clientele.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to devise strategies for acquiring new business and enhancing service delivery.
  • Engage in cross-departmental initiatives and assist in managing the sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Formulate and execute pricing strategies, along with budgeting and forecasting tasks.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to key stakeholders at both existing and potential client organizations.
  • Systematically network with decision-makers to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
