About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate Director to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Applied AI Science business unit, you will play a critical role in helping us generate demand and new business for solutions aligned to key domains such as Generative AI, National Language Processing, advanced evidence generation, defensible AI, ontologies, and IQVIA's Privacy Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing programs that are both highly engaging and purposeful, in support of our rapid growth in North America and globally.
  • Collaborate with a global team spanning multiple time zones to drive business results.
  • Translate complex concepts into digestible thought leadership content and sales tools across a variety of formats.
  • Compile data for performance reports to support the measurement and optimization of marketing programs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external business leaders, technical subject matter experts, and contractors to deliver quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in product marketing.
  • Experience supporting the development of B2B technology product content for pharmaceutical and/or healthcare audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a full range of internal and external business leaders.
  • Ability to adapt to new circumstances and/or information.
  • Intellectual curiosity to learn and apply new knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the B2B buying journey in a technology product context.
  • Experience implementing compelling campaigns that drive deeper audience engagement and yield qualified sales leads.
  • Ability to translate a high volume of complex information into content that drives marketing and business goals.
  • Passion for the job, optimistic outlook, and ability to energize people.
  • Strong dose of intellectual curiosity to learn and apply new knowledge.
