Job Summary
At SPEC Engineering Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Static Equipment Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pressure vessel engineering deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pressure vessel calculations, datasheets, and general arrangement drawings.
- Prepare and review pressure vessel detailed fabrication drawings, testing requirements, and coating specifications.
- Ensure that engineering deliverables meet project specifications and are approved by relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, including ASME Pressure Vessel Code and API Code.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years of design experience in Oil, Gas, and Refinery EPCC Projects.
- Strong knowledge of PV Elite/Compress software and experience in design for columns, reactors, drums, heat exchangers, fired heaters, and tanks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
