About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our growing software and QA team at Maxwell Bond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing tools and processes, supporting large-scale platform upgrades, and driving the evolution of our QA function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy, structure, and best practices for our software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and stakeholders to define greenfield QA processes for existing legacy systems and upcoming greenfield projects.
  • Design and implement manual testing and test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior or lead in a software testing function, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent knowledge of manual testing and test automation, with a focus on implementing best practices and driving process improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
