Job Title: Site Hub Manager

Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Hub Manager to join our team. As a key member of our estate management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day facilities, site management, and compliance of school sites within the Bracknell hub.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a range of re-decoration and maintenance work to ensure a high standard of repair and decoration throughout the schools.
  • Oversee the site teams in undertaking activities to maintain safe and clean external environments, including gritting, litter picks, waste collection and removal, graffiti removal, and safe access routes.
  • Ensure Health and safety and compliance checks are undertaken across the hub, including Fire, Asbestos, Legionella, vehicles, and maintain accurate online records and paperwork.
  • Arrange for maintenance work to be carried out by suitably qualified contractors, monitoring their safety practices and reporting on the quality of their work.
  • Manage the cleaning and site staff, monitoring cleaning standards and ensuring corrective action as required.
  • Be aware of all out of hours activities at the schools within the hub and arrange deployment of staff to ensure the opening, closing, heating, and availability of equipment as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience of team line management and caretaking/site management experience in a school or similar environment.
  • Full UK valid driving licence and use of a suitable vehicle for travelling between multiple sites within the hub.
  • Working knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice, and legislation.
  • Experience of H&S compliance practices and Safe Systems of Working.
  • Willingness to participate in development and training opportunities.
