Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior CDP to join our team at the prestigious Leicester Tigers Stadium. As a Senior CDP, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary services to our guests, ensuring a legendary dining experience that exceeds their expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead a section of the kitchen on matchday days, ensuring seamless execution of culinary operations.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of allergens, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and optimal client service experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Hold a current Food Hygiene and allergen certificate, with the option to provide refresher courses if needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with the culinary team and guests.
• Previous chef experience in stadia venues, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
• Strong team player with excellent conflict resolution and criticism handling skills.
