**Job Summary**

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide effective supervision and management of CAPEX self-delivery planning, ensuring seamless coordination between portfolio planning, operations planning, and operational teams.
  • Utilise company tools and systems, including PowerBI and Excel, to deliver high-quality financial reports and analysis.
  • Deliver monthly reports to the CAPEX Delivery Manager, highlighting key financial performance metrics and trends.
  • Oversee and supervise financial CAPEX/OPEX performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance staff engagement and talent development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial plans and goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience working in a utility business or a similar industry would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, with the ability to utilise these tools to deliver high-quality financial reports and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
