About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The White Horse, Dorking. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality dishes.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of classical French cooking techniques.
  • Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
