Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd is seeking a seasoned Credit Controller to join their finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing Cash Flow: Posting and allocating cash to ensure timely payment and minimize delays.
- Debt Recovery: Identifying customers with overdue debt, escalating issues as necessary, and managing payment plans to ensure timely resolution.
- Customer Onboarding: Setting up new customers on the finance system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Payment Processing: Taking card payments and ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing data for solicitors where necessary, and providing regular financial updates to the management team.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Performing other tasks as identified by the management team to support the smooth operation of the finance function.
