Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the Sales Budget for Animal Health in the Northern UK region, with a strong commitment to achieving growth targets.
  • Enhancing the capabilities of sales and technical teams from our local partners through professional training and field visits to key accounts.
  • Providing technical assistance by addressing various inquiries related to our products and biosecurity, and proposing solutions with support from Global Animal Health Technical Support and Product Management.
  • Conducting regular Hygiene Audits at farms and hatcheries.
  • Offering commercial guidance, including follow-up on pricing and orders, in collaboration with our customer service team.
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager for UKIE Global Animal Health, you will collaboratively establish your action plan and sales objectives based on agreed strategies, introduce new products, and engage in strategic discussions for business growth.
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with partners in your designated territory.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Extensive knowledge of animal production and farming, particularly in Poultry and Pig sectors.
  • Experience in Poultry Hatchery is preferred.
  • A minimum of a third-level qualification in Animal/Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition, or Bioengineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% of your time within your territory.
  • Ideally located in Northern England, with the ability to travel as necessary.
