So, what will your responsibilities be as a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor?

Oversee the Assembly, Testing, Sensors, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facility Management divisions.
Ensure that personnel are effectively allocated and managed to meet planned cost, schedule, quality, and financial targets.
Assist in business planning and resource forecasting, ensuring that the necessary resources are available to achieve business goals.

Support the development and upkeep of the Master Production Schedule, while monitoring and reporting on daily progress against MPS objectives.

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Review, adjust, and implement efficient and effective departmental processes, policies, and procedures.
Supervise facilities and site services to guarantee efficient and compliant operations.
Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain functions as the senior representative of the production team.
Provide essential technical expertise to design, manufacturing, and bidding activities.
Offer operational guidance to ensure that technical solutions align with project specifications.
Participate in Production Readiness Reviews for all projects and products.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance department to ensure the highest level of final quality and develop innovative quality methods.
Examine manufacturing documentation for accurate structure and information.
Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques and practices where applicable.
Establish and communicate objectives and key initiatives to enhance production performance.
Lead, mentor, and coach team members, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance challenges.
Identify and implement training and development needs to enhance team skills and create effective succession plans.
What qualifications are we seeking in our next Manufacturing Operations Supervisor?

Proficiency and experience in contemporary manufacturing management techniques.
Experience in a highly regulated industry with strict quality standards.
Experience utilizing planning tools to create resource loading plans and detailed manufacturing schedules.
Understanding of Quality systems and the ability to apply them effectively.
Familiarity with ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management standards.
Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems.
Expertise in lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
Experience in continuous improvement and waste reduction processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems (such as IFS).
A degree in Operations Management or Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering.
