Wholesale Manager Job Description

Cashmereinlove is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Manager to lead our wholesale strategy and drive business growth in the luxury RTW sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Wholesale Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive wholesale strategy to expand our global presence in luxury RTW and high-end fashion markets.
  • Identify and Target Top-Tier Retailers: Identify and target top-tier department stores, boutiques, and multi-brand luxury retailers worldwide to secure high-profile wholesale accounts.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with wholesale clients to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee Wholesale Process: Oversee the entire wholesale process, including setting up distribution channels, negotiating contracts, and managing order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to align wholesale offerings with brand direction and seasonal collections.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt the wholesale strategy as needed.
  • Manage Sales Performance: Manage sales performance, set targets, and ensure profitability, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Attend Industry Events: Attend industry events, fashion weeks, and trade shows to promote Cashmereinlove and attract new wholesale clients.
  • Evaluate and Refine Strategy: Continuously evaluate and refine wholesale strategies to achieve growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in wholesale management within the luxury RTW industry.
  • Strong Network: Strong network of contacts in luxury wholesale and deep knowledge of the global fashion market.
  • Success in Wholesale: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing wholesale strategies from scratch.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the wholesale business.
  • Passion for Luxury Fashion: Passion for luxury fashion and sustainability.
