Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team at HGV Driver Jobs. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Safely: Ensure that you are aware of and comply with all traffic laws and regulations, and that you are always mindful of your surroundings while driving.
  • Delivering Freight: Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, and ensure that they are delivered to the correct destination on time.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with other drivers and transportation staff to ensure that all deliveries are made on schedule and that any issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements:

  • C+E Class 1 License: You must hold a valid C+E Class 1 license with no more than six penalty points.
  • Driver CPC Card: You must hold a valid Driver CPC card with no current suspension or revocation.
  • Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • English Language Proficiency: You must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Background Check and Drug/Alcohol Test: You must be willing to undergo a background check and a drug/alcohol test.
  • Availability: You must be available to work evening and weekend shifts.
