Key Account Manager

The team at NET Recruit is excited to partner with a leading manufacturing business in the Farnborough area to find a skilled Key Account Manager.
This company is a pioneer in the rental market, providing innovative solutions to clients through their products and services. They are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented individual to develop and nurture existing key accounts, as well as identify new opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, utilizing various channels to grow accounts in line with targets.
- Promote account growth in-line with business objectives, ensuring the nurturing of accounts and the formation of longstanding relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and new accounts, providing key information and resolving customer queries in a timely and proactive manner.
- Identify new opportunities for business development and secure business wins within the area, working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to support customers and close deals.
- Conduct market intelligence research and create sales reports on current sales and pipeline for business visibility.
- Manage contracts for hire sales to ensure they align with company policies.
- Previous experience in a sales account management role, with a proven track record of managing multiple new and existing accounts, leveraging sales opportunities, and conducting business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiating skills, as well as good stakeholder management capabilities.
- A strong understanding of IT and sales platforms, along with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
