Major Programmes Director

Pegasus Search & Selection is representing a leading global consultancy seeking a Major Programmes Director to spearhead multi-billion-pound capital programmes in the Infrastructure, Energy, and Defence sectors across the UK.

About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and successful delivery of major programmes, ensuring alignment with client objectives and stakeholder needs. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills will be crucial in navigating complex relationships and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale capital programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and contractors.
  • Provide strategic oversight on commercial, contractual, and risk management aspects, ensuring compliance and alignment with best practices.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Key Requirements:
